Young Art was born from the need to care for my younger siblings. Young Art delivers world-class creative content to young learners and creates employment opportunities for marginalized artists. We are a diverse team of artists on a mission to bring the joy of creativity to underserved children and create sustainable employment for artists of color.
Most of our highly diverse staff are from underrepresented communities who are passionate about education and teach both in our brick and mortar studios as well as instruct classes streamed live through our online platform.
Young Art is a small experiential drop in art studio and invention factory for STEAM education activated in two learning centers in California. In 2020, we added Young Art Live, a streaming platform servicing learners online by providing access to world-class content, both live and on demand. Our team is honored to provide equitable educational experiences for Title one schools along with scholarships for low-income learners within our immediate community and beyond.
