Ms. Chiling Tong

This is an extremely difficult time for our country.  The fear and the uncertainty created by the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is taking its toll on millions of people regardless of their backgrounds.

The National ACE Board of Directors, professional staff, and all our civic and business partners throughout the country want to focus first on the safety of our communities.  Safeguarding the health and well-being of the broader business community-- including our valued employees, customers, and families--are of utmost concern to us.  Looking ahead, no one can accurately predict when this pandemic will end.  Therefore, we are taking the necessary steps to support our constituents—approximately one million businesses owned and operated by Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

National ACE wishes to applaud and thank President Donald Trump, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives for agreeing to a $2 trillion stimulus spending package that will include expedited loans and grants for businesses struggling to survive as the coronavirus threat severely impacts commerce.

National ACE, ACE NextGen, and all our chamber and business partners around the country remain committed to working with the Trump Administration, Congress, Federal agencies, financial institutions, and state governments to streamline the funds being provided by the federal government.  However, even with the passage of this funding package, it will take several weeks to release the greatly needed funds that our businesses require to remain stable and solvent.

Since many businesses lack the ability to find information about loans, grants, and other business programs and services, National ACE has created this special website to make this process easier. This website provides up to date information about access to capital—including grants, expedited loans, and loan packages—as well as special programs and services offered by several federal agencies and department such as the Small Business Administration, Minority Business Development Agency, FEMA, Centers for Disease Control, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and more.

National ACE will update this list regularly to provide the greater Asian American and Pacific Islander business community with as much valuable information as possible.

Please let other business owners and entrepreneurs know that this resource exists—free of charge.

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact National ACE at info@NationalACE.org.

Together, we will do all that is possible to help the greater business community endure the challenges we are facing as a direct result of COVID-19.

We've created an online community with the latest information about loans, relief funds, and grants offered by governmental agencies, nonprofits, industry associations, foundations, and participating banks and financial institutions; details on what services are available to help business owners understand how to keep their businesses alive and thriving during the COVID-19 pandemic; how companies, industry associations, and foundations are stepping up to offer their support during and after the pandemic; and, how to find information and resources to help you market your company successfully.

"This is such a difficult time for small businesses in America.  We believe this website can be another example of what National ACE, Walmart and other companies and organizations can do when we work together to build strong, vibrant communities. We applaud National ACE in its efforts to provide resources to AAPI businesses and to be a pillar of strength during these tough times."
